I was first made aware of The Blacksmiths Shop gallery a few years ago but until this year I hadn’t had chance to get there. I reached out to artist and owner Mark Ibson and explained that the gallery could be a great location to shoot the SS25 Viberg campaign. Mark couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind allowing us to spend the day there shooting.

David Leon is an award winning Writer/Director, named by Screen International as one of their “Stars of Tomorrow.” We wanted to feature him for his rugged but effortless style and he made the perfect subject to feature the VIBERG AW24 ICONS on.

For the second instalment of ‘Excellence’ we ventured up to the remote and idyllic studio of artist Nick Smith on the west coast of Scotland. Nick and his family relocated from London to a stunning corner of the country and have really created a beautiful little world for themselves. From a hybrid home school/art studio to an outdoor bath with a view to die for.

‘Excellence’ is a series of films exploring what drives people to push that extra mile, to strive for perfect in their chosen output. For Episode 001 we visit Michelin Starred chef Alex Nietosvuori.

Chris Churchill is an outdoor fanatic, he loves nothing more than being in the sea and surfing. He also teaches his art and its through this sharing of a craft that we shoehorned him into being featured in our ‘Makers’ series for SS‘21.

When Guy Fergusons father passed on the two huge cattle farms in the North East Guy was managing multi billion dollar hedge funds. He gave up his life in the city and retuned back to Northumberland to farm and carry on the families legacy. Never forgetting his New York and London influences I challenge you to find a more stylish and discerning farmer.
